Nakasero Hospital is a private hospital that was started by a group of Consultant Doctors in 2009 who came together with a goal of setting up a world class hospital that would meet the healthcare needs of Ugandans and East Africans who were seeking medical treatment outside the region, due to the gap in quality healthcare services in the country.

As such we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Food & Beverages- Team Leader.

Interested candidate should be able to;

Responsible for managing all Food & Beverages operations and for delivering an excellent client experience

The post holder is required to:-

1. Supervise the waiting staff and all Food & Beverages operations in the Cafeteria
2. Manage all Food & Beverages and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
3. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
4. Design exceptional menus, and continuously make necessary improvements
5. Monitor & maintain the usage of cutlery at the different serving points
6. Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
7. Develop targets, KPI’s, schedules, standard operating policies and procedures for the waiting staff
8. Comply with all health and safety regulations
9. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

• Ability to meet deadlines

Knowledge/Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification- Diploma in Hotel & Institutional Catering
• Two (2) years of work experience as a Food &Beverages supervisor.
• At least two (2) Experience in a Supervisory role
