We are looking for candidates to fill the positions of Accounts Relations Officers
Interested candidates will be;
To manage insurance accounts assigned to them by ensuring collections are made in a timely manner and reconciled with the Revenue Assurance Accountant.
Key Result Areas
The post holder is required to:-
• Responsible for individual accounts assigned to individual acting as the lead point for any and all matters specific to accounts being handled.
• Ensure end to end processing of credit client invoices, dispatch
• Ensure collections are reconciled with payments.
• Prepare monthly reports on individual accounts handle and submits them to the Management Accountant.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Acct and develop as a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quality initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key accounts metrics.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Competencies/Abilities:
• Highly organized and prioritize work related issues
• Should be able to pay attention to detail and accuracy
• Should maintain confidentiality
• Have good communication skills.
• Have good customer care.

Knowledge/Qualifications and Experience
• A Degree in Business Studies, Management, Accounting or Finance.
• Computer Literacy
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
